This was a very practical class. We as teachers have lots to teach one each other and accept positive criticism, that would be achallenge in my culture, would you take it.
This is a very important point.
If you guys are going to observe each other, I'd like to think you'll have the compassion to give the feedback with a Positive attitude and be 'useful' to your colleague by giving Constructive Critisism.
